What States do we lend in?
We lend in multiple States. Contact us to verify the eligibility of your location.
How soon can I close?
We can close in as soon as one day; however, usually, we close between 5-7 business days from receipt of required documents.
Is there a prepayment penalty?
No. As soon as your rehab is complete and you’re ready to refinance or sell, Waldenstone Capital will accept payoff without a prepayment penalty.
Do you do second Mortgages
Generally, no. We typically do first mortgages; however, we will review the opportunity.
